Funding Your Account for a Rondee Toll-Free Conference Call

A user recently asked: “We would like to use the Rondee 1-800 toll-free conference call service, but are unclear about funding. Do we put in extra funds since we don’t know how many callers we will have nor the length of the call? Since we only have one call at this time, we don’t want to leave excess money in the account. Can we withdraw the money we don’t use?”

The cost is $0.05 per minute per caller who dialed the Rondee 1-800 toll-free number, and this amount will be deducted from your account after each Rondee for which you selected the toll-free option.

To charge up your Rondee account, simply log in to your account and click on the link for Premium Services. On that page you’ll see an option in the upper right corner to charge up your account using PayPal.

If your toll-free Rondee balance should go into the negative during a conference call, we will not disconnect the conference call. You will need to add more money to your account before using the toll-free number for your next conference call.

If you have excess money on your Rondee account, you can always request a balance refund. We will glady refund the remaining balance upon request.

Remember, you must activate the toll-free option for your Rondee conference call. To enable 1-800 access for an On Demand Rondee, log in to your account and click the On Demand link on the left. Click the PIN code link for which you want to enable toll-free access. From the On Demand Conference Options page, select “Yes” from the Toll-Free Access drop-down list box and click the Save Changes button.

To activate 1-800 access on a Scheduled Rondee, select the Enable Toll Free Access checkbox which appears on the scheduling page when you are arranging that call.
