A user recently asked: “If a caller is given a listen-only PIN code for a Rondee free conference call, is there a code that can be given mid call so they can unmute themselves?”
A Listen-Only PIN is created as a sub-PIN to an On Demand PIN. The speakers of the call enter the On Demand PIN to join the call and the listeners enter the Listen-Only PIN to join the call. If there comes a point in the call when you want the listeners to be able to speak, you can give them the On Demand PIN number you entered to join the call. The listeners will need to hang up, dial back, and enter the On Demand PIN to be able to speak.
