A user recently asked: “I would like to set up an additional Rondee free conference call account for another member of my staff. Should I just create a new pin or do I need to start a new account? If I only need to add a new PIN to my account, can both pins be used for conference calls simultaneously?”
You can use either approach for your staff member.
If you choose to set up a new On Demand PIN under your account, both PINs can be used for simultaneous conference calls. You will control access to the Rondee account, because it is under your email address and password.
If the other staff member wants individual control of the Rondee account, then he/she will need to set up his/her own Rondee account with his/her email address and password.
