Changing the Time Zone After Creating a Free Scheduled Rondee Conference Call

A user recently asked: “I did not see that the default time zone was in pacific standard time and sent the freeĀ Scheduled Rondee conference callĀ invite out. Is there an easy way to change the call time to EST or do I have to cancel and send new one?”
Simply sign in to your Rondee account and click the My Account link on the left. Select the appropriate time zone from the Time Zone drop-down list box and click the Save Changes button.
The time on your free Scheduled Rondee conference call will automatically change to reflect the new time zone. For example, if your original meeting time was 2:00 PM eastern and you change your time zone to Pacific, your Scheduled Rondee time will change to 11:00 AM Pacific.
If you only want to change the time zone and leave the actual start time, you can edit the Scheduled Rondee and select the appropriate start time. After setting the appropriate time zone under My Account settings, click the Scheduled link on the left. Select the Scheduled Rondee you want to edit from the Upcoming Scheduled Rondee list. From the Scheduled Rondee Invitation page, click the Edit button at the bottom. Select the correct start time from the Time drop-down list box and click the Save Changes button.
