If you create a free Scheduled Rondee conference call for the first Saturday in December (December 1) and select “Make this a recurring Rondee, every 1 Month,” your next recurring Scheduled Rondee will automatically be scheduled for January 1. A recurring free Scheduled Rondee conference call is triggered by the calendar date (the 1st), not the day of the week (Saturday).
