A user recently asked: “I will have more than one person on this account who will be inviting other callers for conference calls. How do I have these names listed as the inviter instead of me (who set up the account). Is there a drop down window or something that can list other inviters?”
If the other person creates a Scheduled Rondee, the Organizer noted on the invitation pulls from the First Name and Last Name fields on the My Account page. That person can enter their first and last name in those fields and save it before creating the Scheduled Rondee and his/her name will appear as the Organizer on the invitation.
You will need to change it back to your name when you want to create a Scheduled Rondee with your name as the Organizer.
