To select the recording sounds when participants enter and exit a conference call, sign in at www.rondee.com.
If you are selecting these options for an On Demand Rondee, click the On Demand link on the left. Click the On Demand PIN code for which you want to establish the call experience sound effects. From the On Demand Conference Options page, select Chime, Chime and Name Announced, or No Sound Effects from the Upon Entrance drop-down list box. Select Chime, Chime and Name Announced, or No Sound Effects from the Upon Exit drop-down list box. Click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page.
If you are selecting these options for a Scheduled Rondee, click the Scheduled link on the left. If the Scheduled Rondee has already been created, click the link to the Scheduled Rondee. Click the Edit button at the bottom of the page. From the Edit Rondee window, select Chime, Chime and Name Announceed, or No Sound Effects from the When Users Enter Conference drop-down list box. Select Chime, Chime and Name Announced, or No Sound Effects from the When Users Exit Conference drop-down list box. Click the Save Changes button.
If the Scheduled Rondee has not been created yet, click the Scheduled link on the left. Click the Schedule a New Rondee button. From the Schedule a New Rondee window, click the Create From Scratch button. Enter all of the information about the Scheduled Rondee. At the bottom of the page, select Chime, Chime and Name Announceed, or No Sound Effects from the When Users Enter Conference drop-down list box. Select Chime, Chime and Name Announced, or No Sound Effects from the When Users Exit Conference drop-down list box. Click the Send Now button.
