When you dial into Rondee for a conference call, the first person is put on hold until another person joins the call. While on hold, you will hear the hold music. There is no way to manually turn it off.
On rare occasion, the first caller is placed on hold and others are placed in the conference call. If you think others may have joined the call, but still hear the hold music, hang up and dial back into the Rondee conference call. If others have joined the call, you will be placed in the conference call.
