A user recently asked: “Does Rondee have a way to monitor the conference as it is happening; i.e., a moderator dashboard?”
You can sign in to your Rondee account and view the details of your conference call while it is happening. You can see the date, time, and phone number of each participant.
If it is an On Demand Rondee, click the On Demand link on the left. Click the PIN code being used for the conference call and then click the Access Conference Data and Audio link. The Conference Data window will pop-up. Click the Details button next to the Ongoing conference call that appears at the top of the list. The Conference Details window pops up and displays the information mentioned above.
If it is a Scheduled Rondee, click the Scheduled link on the left. Click the date/time link to the Scheduled Rondee. The Scheduled Rondee Invitation page displays. At the top of the page, click the View Conference Monitor button. The Conference Data window pops up and displays the information mentioned above.
