Notifying Participants After Editing a Scheduled Rondee

A user recently asked: “If I change the time, will Rondee send out a new invitation with the update or do I need to cancel and re-submit a new schedule?”

If you edit a Scheduled Rondee (i.e., change the time of the meeting), Rondee will automatically send an email to all invitees with a subject of “<HOST NAME> Has Made Changes To Your Conference Call.” When the invitee opens the email, there will be a link to the Scheduled Rondee. When the invitee clicks the link in the email, he/she will be taken to the Rondee website where he/she can view the changes to the meeting and RSVP accordingly.

When I edit a Scheduled Rondee, I also like to note what is changing in the Message box. For example: “Please note that the scheduled meeting time has changed from <original time> to <new time>.”
