A user recently asked: “Hi! I am leaving the company and am trying to switch everything over to the new girl who is taking my place. I previously set up a special PIN number for our meetings that everyone would remember. I can’t figure out how to change that number over to the new girl. Can you help? Thanks!”
Sign in at www.rondee.com and click the My Account link on the left. On the Account Details page, click the Change link just beneath your email address. The Change Your Rondee Email Address window pops up. Enter the email address of the person to whom you want to transfer the Rondee account in the New Email field. Re-enter the email address in the New Email (Again) field. Click the OK button to save the new email address. You will return to the Account Details page.
I also recommend resetting the password to 123. To do this, click the Change Your Password link on the Account Details page. The Change Your Rondee Password window will pop-up. Enter your new password in the New Password field and re-enter it in the New Password (Again) field. Click the OK button to save the new password.
Ask the new person to sign in at rondee.com with the new email address and password of 123. Once signed in, I would recommend changing the password on the account to make it more secure.
