After signing in at rondee.com, click the On Demand link on the left. Click the PIN code link you want to customize. Under the Call Experience Sound Effects section, you can customize what participants hear upon joining the conference call and exiting the conference call. From the Upon Entrance drop-down list box, select Chime, Chime and Name Announced, or No Sound Effects. You can make the same selections from the Upon Exit drop-down list box. Click the Save Changes button to save your selections.
