Dialing a 1-800 number is toll-free from the United States and Canada, but outside of these locations, you will not be able to dial the number directly. We recommend asking the participant from Canada to test the 1-800 number before the conference call to ensure he/she will not encounter any difficulties.
When calling a 1-800 number from another country, there are additional steps that must be taken to complete the call, and there may be an additional charge that applies.
