The answer to your question about Rondee is yes. There are two ways to accomplish what you are trying to do.
Method 1: Continue to use Scheduled Rondee conference calling like you have been but notify your participants that they are welcome to use your PIN code when they are dialing in.
Method 2: Intead of using Scheduled Rondee, use Rondee On-Demand and secure for yourself a PIN code. Independently do your own scheduling and let folks know that they should all dial in using the exact same Rondee On-Demand PIN code.
