I saw this posting: “I’m a google user, and I love using your conference calling service. The only problem is that when prompted to add the call to my calendar, the only option that shows up is for Outlook. Is there a way to configure this so that it works with the gmail calendar?”
Rondee gives you a URL to import your Rondee conference calls into many popular calendar applications such as the Google Calendar. (you get this URL by logging into your account and clicking on the My Account link)
To add a calendar in Google using this URL, follow these steps:
- At the bottom of the calendar list on the left, click the Add down-arrow button and select Add by URL.
- Find the address of the Google Calendar in iCalendar format, or if you have the iCalendar address of a calendar from a different application (for example, Apple’s iCal), you can use this as well.
- Enter the address in the field provided.
- Click Add Calendar. The calendar will appear in the Other Calendars section of the calendar list to the left.
