I saw this posting: “Some of my invited attendees aren’t receiving the invitation. Can I use my generic code to send to them for the call I scheduled? Other participants are receiving their personalized code but I would like to make sure everyone attends the call, even if they’re not seeing my invitation through the Rondee system.”
To answer your question, I’d like to first highlight the difference Rondee On-Demand (which uses the generic code as you referenced) and Scheduled Rondee.
Scheduled Rondees are calendared through the Rondee website. You sign in to Rondee.com to choose the date and time for the call. Rondee sends out email invitations, and invitees respond on the Rondee website. Rondee emails each participant a different PIN code unique to him or her.
Rondee On Demand conferences are not scheduled through the Rondee website. Instead, you independently notify your invitees of the date/time, and all participants dial in with the exact same generic PIN code.
The crucial thing to note here is that if you give your Scheduled Conference Call Participants your generic PIN (i.e. the one corresponding to your On Demand Rondee), they will end up in the wrong place!
Solution: give them your Scheduled PIN and then they can access the Scheduled Rondee Conference
