I saw this posting from earlier this morning:

1. Is there a difference in charges between ondemand meetings and scheduled meetings?
2. Is there a way to change to the music during the wait time when no one is yet on the call? ”
In terms of our core service (with the California bridge line) we do not charge, period. That means we do not charge whether it is for an ondemand conference call meetings or a scheduled conference call meeting.”
In terms of our premium service (with the 1-800) access, both ondemand conference call meetings or a scheduled conference call meetings are 5 cents per user per minute.
As to music, no way to change it as of now….do you have any suggestions for our product team?
