You can typically have up to 40 people in a conference call. Please let me know if your circumstances will require having more people in a conference call.
The way Scheduled Rondee works, the organizer and the attendees all have unique access codes. If you would like to use Rondee On Demand, the access code (on the current version of Rondee) is the same for everyone but the new version of Rondee will allow you to specify having a different access code for the organizer if you prefer.
