I was just alerted that someone posted a question about tracking your account balance: “Is there a way to see how the ‘toll free’ amount is decreasing? I’d like to get a handle on how much certain calls are costing. Love the service, BTW!”
The answer is yes. To track your account balance for toll-free conferencing just log into your account and click on the “My Account” tab. You’ll see your account balance in the upper right-hand corner.
