We saw this inquiry: “Hello, I used Rondee conference calling this past week and requested that the call be recorded. Unfortunately, Rondee only has the first 10 minutes or so of an hour long call posted on the site. Is there any way to gain access to the rest of the call? Or, how do I make sure it is fully recorded in the future?”
The problem may be that, on some browsers, when you click on MP3s and it
plays in the browser, it appears to be cut off. We’ve seen this with
Firefox and Quicktime, but not Internet Explorer. It appears to be
some kind of mime type issue, and we’re looking at fixing it.
There’s an easy solution though. You can just right-click the link and
do “save”. That should work for you. Generally, we’ve found that’s a
better solution for our users anyway, since we delete the conference calling audio after 30 days.
