I registered both of his phone #’s and personalized a pin # that would be easy for him to remember. If I understand correctly when he dials in from one of his phone, no pin is required? Does this go for both scheduled and on demand Rondee conference calling?”
The Listen-Only PIN works only for Scheduled-Rondee. Likewise, the PIN-less dialing feature (where the system recognizes and puts you directly into your conference if you have registered your phone number) also works only with Scheduled Rondee Conference Calls.
