Hello Pete. Rondee Toll Free works exactly like regular Rondee except the dial-in number is a 1-800 number rather than a California number. Toll Free Rondee works with both Scheduled Rondee as well as On Demand Rondee. Also, you can have some callers using the California number and some using the 1-800 number, all on the same call. You will not pay for those callers using the California number.

Hi, your response doesn't seem to provide a solution. Where can I find a service that allows me as an organizer to provide a toll-free bridge number to those who need it, while still incurring no cost for those who can economically use a caller-paid toll number, on the same conference call?

Hi Andre,
Question regarding conference call long distance charges. If two out of eight meeting members, for example, would like to access an 800 number, can other users with unlimited long distance plans use the 916 number and still get to the same meeting?

Your sound quality is great.
I would love to see better integration of contacts with TIME ZONES. I am based in Tel Aviv - Clients are based in US -- I can not schedule with the time zones.

Just used your service to do a teleconference with my church's communications committee. A lot of people are wary of teleconference simply because of the costs. Since the number was local to us, and the service is free, it seemed like much less a risk to try, so we did. I gave everyone fair warning that if the call ended up long distance, their phone company would charge them, but I believe everyone used their cell phone's free long distance or the call was local anyways. Everyone had a really positive experience. So far people have praised the time savings, gas savings, and convenience of having a teleconference rather than meeting in person. People with kids who had to be home to put their kids to bed were able to attend. I liked being able to relax in my own home after work and not having to rush off to some other location to attend a meeting.

We're definitely going to use this wonderful, free service again in the future. Keep up the good work!
