2 Questions that came in this morning
1) Are recorded conference calls free?
We do not charge for audio recording.
conference call2) When you send out an invite, can you set up a reminder, so that when they open up Outlook, there’s already a reminder in there, so they don’t forget about the upcoming meeting (i.e., 15 min. prior to call).
Right now our Outlook integration is providing an Outlook file (i.e an attachment that gets sent with the Rondee invite) that invitees can click to directly import the call details into Outlook. We do not have a native reminder capability built it per se.
