Issue with last minute participants

Here is an example of a frequently raised question: “I have a conference call I need to schedule but I do not know all the invitees and some may be added last minute – is there a way to get a single pin code that any or all callers can use?”

There are a couple of solutions to this problem

1. By far, the most common thing that our organizers do is to simply distribute (offline) their own PIN code.  Last minute participants can simply call in with your PIN code.  Since you always retain the ability to change your PIN code in the future, you can ensure your privacy and security that way on all of your conference bridges.

2. A less common solution, but still viable one, is to flip from Scheduled Rondee to Rondee On Demand for phone conferencing.  That would solve the problem entirely because of the nature of how it works.
