Deleting an Invitee from a Recurring Rondee Conference Call

We sometimes receive inquiries about deleting folks who have already responded to a recurring Rondee conference.  There actually is no way to delete users without their permission (in which case they would simply change their attendance from yes to no to stop receiving the notifications)
